1) Grind up 1 cup of raw cashews to form a fine flour...
2) Add 1 cup of desiccated organic coconut and 1/2 cup of dried cranberries and
you can grind again depending on how smooth you want them
3) Add approximately 3 tablespoons of raw honey or agave and mix together!
